Our customer experience team is well-versed in helping customers select the right substrates, adhesives and press equipment for their custom printed label application. Our customer service representatives are your support line as they shepherd orders through production and delivery.
Color Management
By utilizing SpotOn™ color management software and other proprietary processes, we ensure every job conforms to strict industry requirements and/or unique customer-defined specifications. Jobs requiring a spot-color match must meet a Delta E tolerance of 3.0 or less.
Research & Development
Materials and process engineers, working under a stringent quality management system, evaluate and perfect systems for successfully printing and converting a wide selection of shrink sleeve films and pressure sensitive label substrates. This also includes the patented, EPA compliant SmartSolve® labels that pair a water soluble label stock with a fully dissolving adhesive.
